Our Purpose

As Texas continues to expand its energy portfolio, it is critical that we carefully evaluate the risks associated with supply chain dependencies and emerging technologies connected to our grid.

Rains County Safety Coalition is dedicated to this purpose.  With Solar Farms and Battery Energy Storage Systems (B.E.S.S.) already in and planned for in Rains county we, a local grassroots group, have initiated various plans to ensure the security and safety of Rains County citizens.
